About this course

Effective teams also must understand and abide by the principles and elements of confrontation, commitment, accountability and results-orientation.  An urgent need exists for high-functioning teams. An effective and high-performing team is critical in developing workplace settings that are patient-centered, coordinated, and cost-effective.
