No, all certificates are uploaded to your account on our website.
You then need to register for the skills for CPR/FA, and the skills/written test out for DCW.
Your certificate will be uploaded to the APT website. If your agency paid for the class, only the agency will have access to your certificate. If you paid for the class on your own, you will have access to the certificate on our website.
The certificate will be uploaded within 24 hours of course completion.
Yes! We offer online (self-paced) CEU (continuing education units) courses. We offer article 9 on ZOOM. We offer the Direct Care Worker class online (all modules) online (self-paced) and then you need to register to come to an office to complete the skills/written test. We offer blended CPR and First Aid. We offer Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation on ZOOM.

Everyone who provides attendant care is required to take the Fundamentals of Caregiving (including family members). Non-family members are required to take the Developmental Disabilities module OR the Aging/Physical Disabilities module (depending on who you are supporting). Please check with your agency for guidance on what you are required to take.
No, only the person registered will be accepted into class.
