Refunds
Arizona Provider Training offers students a seven (7) day, no-questions-asked money back guarantee on online courses that have NOT been completed and were purchased on the Arizona Provider Training Website www.ap.training.
In-Person class registrations (which includes ZOOM classes) must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the start time of the class in order to receive a refund or reschedule. If you are late and/or absent to a class you are not eligible for a refund or reschedule without pay.
