This course is a refresher for strategies to use such as chaining, shaping, prompting, and prompt fading.  The course will provide examples for how to use the teaching strategies effectively along with discussing when to use each strategy.  The course also reviews maintenance and generalization of skills that have been learned.  This course is recommended as an ECA continuing education course.

In this course, we will investigate three main respiratory diseases; asthma, pneumonia and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease which is abbreviated COPD. With good assessment skills, a firm knowledge base, and a well thought out action plan these diseases can be prevented and/or effectively managed.
